I love my food to have color. The more color it has, the happier I am and the more satisfied I feel. Yesterday, I just really wanted to grill some pineapple, but all of the pineapples at the store were not ripe yet. So I decided to grill peaches instead. This changed my whole dinner plan, but it still came out delicious!
Dinner Ingredients:
Ground Turkey
Corn
Black Beans
Red Peppers
Peaches
Avocado
Mango
BBQ Sauce
Chipotle Glaze
Mango, Red Pepper, Green Chile, Avocado and Corn Salsa
Finished Dinner: Sweet and Spicy BBQ Turkey with a spinach and black bean salad topped with the salsa and grilled peaches on the side.
